    IMO I don't think 5" in 4 weeks is a sensible goal.

My biggest loss off my waist in one week was right at 1/2". Most weeks I lose anywhere from 1/8"-3/8". It is HIGHLY unlikely that you can do anything healthy to lose that much, short of surgery. 1.5" is a somewhat reasonable goal, possibly as much as 2". But those are still unilkely.

I worked out 6-7 days a week. Hard! I was in a challenge at my gym and I lost about 8 inches everywhere in 6 weeks. If I remember correctly I lost 3 in my stomach. I also ate very clean. I wish we could target areas, but it just doesn't happen that way.

I lost 4 inches off my waist in 3 wks last month and 7lbs with a programme with a reasonable trainer. It was really tough!!! HIIT at gym with lots of weights 5 times a week and 1 day 45 mins cardio. Very clean diet - low carb, high protein. My starting weight was 162lbs though. My sister was around 130lbs and she lost 4lbs and 1 inch off waist but her midriff looks totally different. Shes so toned and confident enough to wear a bikini. You can see a huge difference. Don't get hung up on numbers, before and after pics are amazing.

I dont think you can target where the inches come off can you? I find my measurements change all over the place one or three here and 5 there but not where I want it to be lol Always the bust alllllllways comes off there first haha
