Hi guys, using MFP to track my diet progress now! I've started the paleo diet and a fairly good exercise regime! I weight about 120 lbs and I'm 5'2! Wanna lose a few pounds and tone up for the 15th June! (my boyfriends coming home, has been working in Canada for 6 months!) Please add me for support etc. Or if anyone has advice or tips for the paleo diet! I have great willpower so I know I'll stick to this, I was wondering if anyone would have an idea of what I could lose in 30 days! Anyways add away

umm..aren't that an ideal weight already? anyway,u can try Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred . You maybe losing pound maybe not but you'll lose inches0

I've an awful lot of toning to do, especially in my middle area! I'll check that out thanks a mil H x0

30 Day Shred did a great job of kicking my muscles off on the right track. I also did Ripped in 30 -- which is a bit tougher, in my opinion, but has a lot more variety. Make sure you pay attention to form if you do either of these (or probably any other dvd workout), because it can be tough on your knees.
If you're not a dvd workout person, you could also just start dipping your toe in the strength training pool in general with workouts like:
