Hi guys, using MFP to track my diet progress now! I've started the paleo diet and a fairly good exercise regime! I weight about 120 lbs and I'm 5'2! Wanna lose a few pounds and tone up for the 15th June! (my boyfriends coming home, has been working in Canada for 6 months!) Please add me for support etc. Or if anyone has advice or tips for the paleo diet! I have great willpower so I know I'll stick to this, I was wondering if anyone would have an idea of what I could lose in 30 days! Anyways add away :)
