I don't know how many of you have a Red Robin nearby, but this is one of the coolest nutritional calculators I've seen. I took a salad that's usually over 650 calories and knocked it down to 366 just by changing the dressing the holding the marinated apples. (Apple Harvest Chicken Salad)

That is SWEET!!!:bigsmile: Thanks for that!!! I absolutely love Red Robin and could never find calorie information for their food. Not only does this have it but being able to see what the calories are by adding, removing, or changing ingredients is the best thing ever!!!:flowerforyou:0

Yeah, I love those kinds of calculators. I was very blessed and thrilled to find that Dairy Queen has a very similar one and you can take things off of the items you have selected so you can adjust the calories, allowing you to still have some great desserts at only a fraction of the calories (just by taking whipcream off for example). Love it!0
