Does anyone else make use of essential oils in you new health plan?

Pan-away from Young Living works better than Advil or Aleve to ease my muscle cramps and aches...

I also heard rubbing Grape Fruit Oil on Cellulite has helped remove it. I haven't experienced that one yet, but i'm willing to give it a try.

Does anyone else have any Oil miracle stories? :)

I have not heard of any "miracle" essential oil stories

I always mistrust the word "miracle". I immediately watch my wallet because I feel somebody is trying to part me from my hard earn money. But that is just me.

My personal experience is: Eat healthy foods, exercise, live a balanced life.

I wish you luck in your journey

I've become fascinated with EO's and am experimenting on a couple of things. For my thyroid I'm rubbing peppermint and lemongrass on my neck. I'm trying peppermint and clary sage for hot flashes. I can't afford to have a lot of oils, so I don't have oils that can be ingested. Mine are all for topical application.

For cellulite I've been rubbing a combination of geranium-cypress-juniper--grapefuit-lavendar (I think I dont have my book here) with a carrier oil on my thighs. I love the scent of it. It's great for my skin. I'm doing a lot of exercising so I can't say if it's working or not, but it makes me feel better. I've lost an inch off of my thighs in a month with the combination of everything that I'm doing. I've been trying to do dry-brushing too, but I forget to do it everyday.

Sorry guys, but rubbing essential oils on yourself isn't going to removed or banish cellulite or make you loose weight. And if you do rub essential oils on yourself, dilute dilute dilute!

Young Living oils is a scam. I can find BETTER essential oils at half the price of what they're asking. It's a rip off.

I sat through a Young Living presentation once. It made my skin crawl! She went on and on with one unsubstantiated claim after another until she came to the story about "Thieves Oil" and how it prevented the plague. She spoke with total confidence and yet could not tell me in which country this happened or which monarch was involved or even in which century it occurred! Being a medieval history buff, I am surprised I'd never heard the story before. Seems like the kind of thing that would have been reported. She even told a story about injecting cancerous growths on horses with oils to heal them (again she could provide no details). By the time it ended, I was so disgusted I wouldn't even take the free samples she offered. Complete scam.

I'm not saying essential oils are worthless, but I put zero stock in anything I hear from those people.
