How do you prevent sagging skin while losing weight?

I've noticed women who've lost less than I have to end up having really bad sagging skin afterwards. I need to lose 160 pounds to be at a healthy weight. I've already lost 9 pounds. Feeling pretty good. I'm concerned that my skin will sag. How do I prevent that now? I won't be able to have surgery to get it removed because I'm on blood thinners for life for a blood clotting disease. Right now, I walk about an hour a day and so some simple at home work outs like squats, some sit ups, jumping jacks, light weight lifting up to 3 pound free weights. I also do the shake weight, but I'm not consistent with that yet.

Take it slow with your weight loss. Don't try to lose a huge amount of weight at one time. If you do, your body cannot adjust, therefore sagging skin. Also, doing strength exercises, which it seems you are going, will help build muscle and keep your skin in tact. Good luck!0
