Keep going.
That's the only advice you need. There's no exercise that will target "flabby fat". You just need to keep losing weight and reducing your body fat percentage. Be patient and give it time.0 -
Do you just do cardio? Just diet? Have you considered lifting? Muscle definition may help.0

Thanks guys. Yes only cardio. No lifting. When I started to lift a few years ago I got real thick never lean. I even worked with a trainer. He told me stick with cardio.0

same here.
I have noticed, while I work out, my belly will get even softer just before I lose inches. slowly my stomach is getting smaller but it's still very soft. I was told it would stay soft until I was around my last 15-20 pounds (or until my body fat % got to the teens)0 -

Were you eating at a calorie deficit at the time?0 -
That would be muscle starting to build up underneath the layer of fat. Cardio will ultimately make you "skinny fat" if you keep at it. Even at goal, you likely won't look like you want to look, because you're losing lean body mass along with the fat. Try some body weight training, HIIT, cardio with added resistance training. It doesn't have to be either heavy lifting or just straight cardio. Thanks guys. Yes only cardio. No lifting. When I started to lift a few years ago I got real thick never lean. Just keep eating right, exercising every week, and staying focused. It will slowly go away as you reach your goal weight. I have a bit of a flabby middle (which is why I'm trying to lose weight in the first place) and I'm finding that cutting out things like sugar, soda, and eating cleaner foods has helped shrink it noticeably so far.0
