I'm LATE so happy b-lated....Today is my birthday and I saw it fitting to post a success story, plus, I have eaten like a horse today and feel a little guilty...and miserable....lol! Already looking forward to my new normalcy tomorrow....below is a birthday progression picture of me from 2011 to this past weekend...117 lbs. GONE!! I've lost a skinny woman...still hard to believe. Just plain ole willpower, hard work, great support and patience.
