Recipe Find - Have to share :) - I'm going to make this for Mother's Day
ANGEL FOOD PINEAPPLE CAKE
1 can of crushed pinapple in its own juice - 20 oz
1 box of 1 step angel food cake mix (1 step kind) - that takes water only
Mix these ingredients together (Large Bowl) and bake in a cake pan at 325 degrees for about 25 to 30 min. (This part - I'm using a Bunt pan and I'll update on cooking times).
For an extra treat sprinkle coconut flakes on top before baking. Serve with non-fat Cool Whip.

    Just made this! It's phenomenal... cooked it for 50 mins @ 325. Definitely a keeper recipe.

    I just made one to take for mothers day dinner tomorrow! It is delicious! I don't even put whipped cream on my piece!

    Thanks for posting this. I was wondering what I should make for Mother's Day and this sounds awesome. Need to go and find an angel food cake mix. :smile:
