    I have a big friends list with some guys and girls that have some pretty awesome abs!! not me but free free to add me you might get some of my pals helping you achieve your goal! My trainer says i have the strongest core he knows i just cant see the bloody abs under the loose skin boohoo!!!

    I got abs...lol check the pics!

    Used 8 min ab work out on youtube, levels 1 2 and 3 and the perfect gym pull up system with the ab straps.. good luck!
