This is over a course of 6 months about. I have slimmed down and toned my arms and legs. Still a bit of a belly, but I'm working on Abs now.

    Thank you!! I added the pic at the bottom so you could see the difference in the same dress as the first two :D It's all thanks to support and motivation!

    Thanks, my body is headed to being a lean, mean, tight canvas that it is meant to be lol.

    And thanks ladies, I am loving being almost 20lbs lighter!
