So, I officially reached the 30 pound mark yesterday. I haven't been paying much attention to my BMI, but I calculated today:
Starting BMI-37.3
Current BMI-32.3
Still in the obese category, but in about 15 more pounds, I will just be overweight. I'm pretty happy about that.
