HRM ~Looking into buying one, need suggestions!

I am looking for a Heart Rate Monitior/ Calorie burn tracker. I want the most accurate and most value for my dollar. Any suggestions?

    If you use the search function and type in "HRM" you will get all sorts of feedback.

    I could summarize by suggesting you get either a Polar FT4, Polar RS100 or one of the lower cost Garmin's such as a 110.

    A lot of people on this site like the FT4 and also the FT7 which is the next rung up the Polar ladder. My wife has a Garmin 110 and is happy with it. I've had Polar products in the past and they've worked fine.
