30 DAY SHRED LEVEL 1 RESULTS

Hey!! I never thought a DVD could get me into such great shape; Jillian Michaels is a killer :) I started the 30 day Shred with hopes to lose more inches and I am sure doing that! Also I am getting more endurence:)

Starting weight: 276.3
Bust: 43
Waist: 51
Thighs: 27
Hips: 49
Arms: 15
Neck: 15

After Level 1:
Weight: 265.6
Bust: 42 (-1)
Waist: 49 (-2)
Hips: 48 (-1)
Thighs: 28 (+1)
Arms: 14 (-1)
Neck: 12 (-3)

Total inches lost 7
Total weight lost: 10.7

So excited to continue on with Level 2!!!!

    That's so great! Stick with it! I could only get to day 2 on level 2 before I hurt foot, but I think I lost 11 or 12 inches. JM is a cruel mistress

    I fell of the 30 day shred wagon awhile ago... you have just inspired me to get back on starting tonight!!!! Keep up the good work, I am sure you feel fantastic already!

    I'm on day 7 of level 2 and yes Jiller the killer. I've noticed I'm getting stronger though and not flagging as much as I did in the early days of level 2.

    I've also noticed tiny signs on abs. I've never had them visible before!

    Wow, looking amazing, great job! Is that JUST 30DS and diet, or are you doing other work outs too? Today I will be finishing Level 1 and while I'm not sure if I look different at all (though I am a bit smaller to begin with), I certainly FEEL better!

    good for you!! Keep up the hard work! I started 30 day shred on Sunday... woke up Monday so dang sore!! There was no way I could do it.... I was still too sore the day after that to do day 2.. but I'm ready today!! :-) Let's do this!!

    I do other workouts too; mostly running. I also play baseball:) I usually exercise 3 hours a day on top of this because I am so determined to reach my goal in a year
