Last couple of days...

...I've done nothing but eat! Just a constant craving for everything and I've not been able to hold back at all. I eat at least 1400 - 1600 cals a day and usually that's more than enough, but I really don't know what's gotten into me recently... Hormones maybe? I donno... Just hope I've not caused too much damage this week :s

    I feel the same way..... i haven't been tooooo bad, but i've been in a horrible mood (i'm blaming it on "that time of the month" and stress at work & in life in general). But i just need to take it meal by meal, food by food, and make good/better choices every time. It didn't take a day to gain all this weight....so it's not going to go away instantly. A little flub up is ok....once in a while....but we need to stick at this for the long haul. it's soooooo TOUGH, but totally worth it by being healthy and ultimately HAPPY. (Just hard to think about when you are having a bad day and just want a brownie or mixed drink....LOL)

    You've got to remember it's not just calories you have to keep track of, it' all the fats and cholesterol too.
