30 Day Ab & Squat Challenge Day 1

So someone posted on my face book a 30 Day Ab Challenge and I added the 30 Squat Challenge into this. I plan on starting my challenge today. You can do just the 30 Ab Challenge by not do any of the squats if you are not interested in doing the squats. I had to modify the 30 Day Squat challenge so the days of rest fell on the same days.

So who is up for the challenge?????

5 Crunches
5 Leg Raises
10 Sec Plank
30 Squats
