Hey, im not losing the weight I want as quickly as I want to. I do "Core Rhythms" 3-5 times a week. When I work out, I do it as hard as I can, and feel like I get a great work out. on days that I have TONS of energy, I whip out my insanity. (I don't do it often cause my joints hurt for a few days, even after my muscles return to normal) I've been eating right and working out lots for about 6weeks or so. .....stepped on the scale and I've only lost 6 pounds. Even though the scale says -6 I feel like I'm getting fatter, not skinnier. Is there anything I can do to speed things up? .... Feeling a bit discouraged right now.
Thanks!
Thanks!

get out a measuring tape.... right now! My scales haven't moved, it was doing my head in. My daughter measured me today, 3 weeks after the last time..... 14.5cm from all over. I couldn't believe it. The scales are rubbish, and they ruin your day.
I am only going to be weighing once a month now.
And I know you don't wanna hear this, but your weight loss was great....0 -
Lol sounds like a great idea! I'll scrap the scale for now and get a tape tomorrow. Thanks!0

HI! I am new so.... just wanted to put that out there
Yes HIDE THE STUPID SCALE!!!
I hide my scale and only take it out once a month. I looked so much smaller after working on P90X for 2 phases and jumped on the scale and gained 5lbs... totally discouraging... but I found out I was getting trimmer and more muscles (muscles weigh more than fat) haha I lost a PANTS SIZE but gained weight! So I think you are doing great having lost 6lbs!
Here is a link to this one girl's blog I found and it is super encouraging! you should check it out she didn't loose much weight but lost tons SIZE! A must see transformation!
