Last Sunday, I completed my first ever 5k race! Not only did I finish it, but I finished it with a time of 35 minutes and 4 seconds. My best run yet! I placed 343rd out of 696 people, and placed 193rd out of 457 women!!!!! Im so proud of myself, and cant wait to sign up for the next race!

    Good job! They are addictive, I've done my first three in the last three months--you'll get faster and be running a 10K before you know it. Congratulations!!!

    Congrats!! That is awesome. I ran my first one in March, first timed one in April (was also around 35'), and have run several others. Started training for a 10k. Keep it up!
