I need a way to tighten my abs that doesn't stress my back. Any ideas welcome

Walk, tall shoulders back. Do hills or incline on the treadmill if you can, keep the tummy tucked in.
I do 3 sets of 30 of this each day. Stand on one foot, so right foot on ground, right hand behind head, raise left knee to meet right elbow. By the way, I had to work into this.
Bend to the left, then right, stretch the obliques, I do this twice a week.
Lots of stuff to do, but this got me started and I have lost 31 pounds since Christmas.0 -

Hula Hoop!! I had never been able to hoop for my entire life, not even as a child. I bought a weighted, adult-size hoop about a year and a half ago, and kept practicing until I finally got it. It is an amazing ab and back workout. Not that I have flat abs at this point, lol. But I can definitely feel that those are the muscles being used. Plus, it's tons of fun.0
