How do you motivate yourself?

When you're already at a healthy weight, how do you motivate yourself to cut calories and exercise daily in order to lose five more pounds?
If there's no motivation, is it time to give up dieting and just live healthy?

I would say it's time to go for body recomposition. If you're at a healthy weight, but are unhappy with how you look, then it's time to ditch the dang scale. Drop some fat, gain some muscle! I think my profile pic sums it up nicely, but if it doesn't work for ya...
Start adding weights. And by weight I mean things that weigh more than your purse or a grocery bag. Post after post after post on here has some amazingly beautiful women that lift. Here's one that's a great summary.

That's a great idea. Thanks for the input!0

If you are happy with how you look I would just be healthy. Eat right, get exercise in and enjoy.
If you aren't happy with how you look, maybe focus on muscle building. Eat enough protein, lift heavy weights, don't diet and go from there.0
