In search of tasty, fairly simple veggie recipes (no onions though, I'm allergic). I generally am not a veggie fan but in order to be healthier I need to try and change that.

    Have you tried allrecipes.com or theworldaccordingtoeggface.com or bariatricfoodies.com? Also if you are on pinterest, just do a search for healthy recipes... there are a ton of mouth watering recipes for veggies! Good luck!
