Map of the Problematique - Muse something not too easy or hard on the ears, helps me keep a nice pace while still offering that needed pump for running.

No music. Just the breeze, birds, and the crap I think about in my mind. I don't listen to music in my car either, even with a one hour commute one way. But I think this might be weird.
  • Milkman- Revelry
    because I do it like....

    WoW. Excellent choice!

Easily, Sweet Dreams are Made of These by the Eurythmics. I grew up with this song as a child, it has a catchy dance rhythm and lyrics that are easily memorized.

I run to my c25k pod cast! Can't wait till I am strong enough to run to my own music!

C25K has an app that just gives you your interval changes by time or distance and allows you to play your own music. The Android one at least is called RunDouble C25K. You can also progress to longer fun runs by time or distance as well.

300 Violin Orchestra makes me feel like I'm in my own personal Rocky movie

    Man eater- Nelly Furtado
    Around the world- Daft Punk
Banquet- Bloc Party (definitely my favourite)

They all have a strong steady beat but then the melodies on top kind of cycle in a way that really gets my adrenaline pumping and helps give me an energy kick

    Rabbit Run--Eminem
Til I Collapse--Eminem (Also really good for lifting. This song gets me pumped to push when I'm about to give in)
On to the Next One--Jay Z
    Give it All--Rise Against

Def might not be everyone's cup of tea, but helps me get through workouts.
