Power 90 is made by the same makers of p90x. its like a level below p90x, you dont have to buy any bands or pull up bars and the work outs are about a half hour (p90x is about an hour each work out). ive started p90x a few times but cant seem to ever stick with it i get discouraged very fast. but im about to start power90 and very excited. im not trying to use being a mom as an excuse but im am thrilled that the workouts are short but intense. i plan on doing power90 (its 90 days) then working my way to p90x. but i jsut wanted to see if anyone else is doing it or thinking about starting it? if you are add me on here then we can keep in touch as we go thru it.

I just ordered Power90 yesterday so I should get it sometime next week. I would love to help you stay motivated, hopefully it will help me stay motivated as well! I'll let you know as soon as it gets here and I get started if I survive my first workout of course, it has been a while since I've worked out.0

That idea for workout buddies is awesome for p90, to be honest, i tried starting p90 2 times, and each time i'd do maybe 2 weeks, and then i got really really bored. I guess i really like mixing up the exercises.
I finally went on p90x, and i'm sticking with it for almost a month now, and have no plans for giving up
P90 is a good program if you ask me, but if you get bored or lose motivation, its an excellent thing to have a workout buddy to slap your back, atleast online lol
good luck with it !0
