Hello everyone.

1st week on the diet doing well this is a great site much better then going to soul destroying diet classes.

1st goal is to lose 32lbs.

Long term overall goal to loose 67lbs take me down to light heavyweight.

Good luck to everyone else.

    I try not to look at it as a "diet" though, but more of a lifestyle change for the better :happy:

    Hello all....

    I heard about his website from my sister-in law and have to tell you, it is working well for me! I have been following between 1200-1300 calories a day (a tad wiggle room on the weekends), and lost 14 lbs!!!! Good luck to everyone and enjoy the rest of your summer!

    Welcome, they have the tools you will need to be successful. All you have to do is honestly log your food and stay in the guidelines. The rest will fall into place.
