Hi to all. Newbie here.

Hi anyone and everyone. I am new here. Found this site by searching for a food diary. I need to get very serious about my diet and exercise, since I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes last year. I haven't been doing very well so far.

Since I am new and haven't fully reviewed what is available here, I have a quick question. Is there anyway to change the recommended carb intake? My carb intake must be less than the recommendation to control my blood sugar.

    Regarding your question, it's easy to change your goals from: My Home > Goals > Change Goals , then choose the Custom settings to fiddle with the carbs & other this..
