I gained a ton of weight after having my son seven years ago. I tried everything under the sun to get the weight off. And no matter what I did the scale would not budge. After going to the Dr. I found out that I had hypo thyroid. I just gave up. It took me 6 years to get my butt in gear and give it another shot. I lost 65 lbs in 5 months by counting calories on here and trying to set 400-600 calorie loss in exercise a day. Unfortunately I fell into a depression and fell out of my routine. And decided to quit smoking and gained 30 of it back. Now I have found my way back into things and am eager to finally meet my goals and dreams!
