Even if you just lost weight.. the only way to re-gain back 2 pounds is to eat 8,000 calories ? I just lost weight and I am afraid to not gain back those pounds.. and i've been asking myself is this is the only way to gain weight ? Please answer

I a not clear what you are asking - do you want to gain weight?
a pound = 3500 calories (so, 2 = 7000) in EXCESS of your TDEE.0 -
Eating 7000 calories above and beyond what your body burns in a day (your TDEE) is the only way to gain FAT.
But water retention (hormones, stress, exercise, sodium, etc will all cause water retention) as well as muscle gain, food and waste in the system, etc. will all make the scale go up.0 -
I don't want to gain weight.. I just want to prevent gaining weight after I just lost all the weight I wanted to.. so I wanted to know the ways you can gain fat weight and if the only way to gain 2 pounds of fat weight is to eat 8000 calories0
