    if you have a sweet tooth, cut the bae up into chunks, melt the bar in microwave and add to yoghurt or hot oats... delicious! :flowerforyou:

    I'm curious what brand of protein bar is this? 120kcal for 30g of protein?

    For Quest bar, the lowest kcal one for 20g of protein is 160.

    I'm so sorry I posted the wrong information. I must have read it wrong. The serving size of the bar is 30g.
    The protein is only 10.2g
