I thought last week there were 7 myths?

Did we lose a myth somewhere?

How will the discussion board survive if we run out of Myths About Strength Training for Women?

Can't tell you how much I appreciate reading this! Seems to be just what I needed to see right now. I have been so exhausted working out twice a day at least 5 days a week and decided this week that I need to give myself a break and do my workouts more intensely at least 3 times a week. My weight loss had stalled some, but I have seen better results in the way my clothes are fitting rather than the scale. Thanks again!
