Just found the site and signed up.
Need to loose around 40lb and goal is next April for friend's wedding.
I was on a program a couple of years ago and did loose but didn't keep it off as I enjoy food but not cooking as much (even though I've got tons of recipe book) and without the accountability of the program, I just fell into my old ways. But it proved I can loose (no excerise was involved).
so if I can modify my eating along with an exercise program, I know it's doable. Hardest thing on the food front, is I'm not too
crazy about veg (especially peppers) and cheese and most premade convenience salads etc, have either, or both these ingredients in them. I know that I'm going to have to start preplanning and preparing food if I want to keep on track.
I found the Wii Just dance challenge in the forum so I've signed up to that to get me started.

Welcome and good luck! Check out the recipes part of the message board for food ideas if what you're familiar with isn't appealing. You may have to make more of your own stuff, and it may take some time, but it's better tasting and better for you. :laugh: Good luck reaching your goals!!0

I'm also not big on vegetables ... anything green that isn't a bean just doesn't sit well with me. So far I'm losing by just watching my portions but I know the day is coming that I'm either going to have to ramp up on the exercise or start to eat salads I saw someone suggested looking at the recipes on here for other ideas, hope it helps you out and good luck getting ready for the wedding!0
