Workout Videos

I can't decide...anyone have a workout video program that they just love?
School is about out and I'm ready to work. I'm not in top notch shape, but I want something that will challenge me.
Maybe Chalean Extreme or Turbo Fire? I don't want to waste my money on something I don't love.
Thanks for the suggestions!!

I love Chalean Extreme and Turbo Fire. It depends what you are looking for. CLX is mostly strength training and TF is all cardio. They are great programs. Right now I am really liking Les Mills Combat, lots of punches which I love. All great programs but can be pricey, if that is at all a problem then you might be able to get cheaper on Craigslist or Ebay.

    bodyrock is no more.

    Bodyrock is now thedailyhiit.com

I actually hate it- I can't stand lisamaria any more- she's so fracking fake. But that doesn't mean the content isn't good- especially if you have no idea what you are doing- they offer GREAT form/technique videos.

Aw man! I clearly haven't been there in awhile. I tend to stick with running right now instead.

I liked P90X, I had to stop because my kids like to get "work out with Daddy" which mostly involves them being in the way. Making a playlist of workouts on Youtube is a cheaper alternative.

I agree with all of the above posters, definitely go to Youtube

    - blogilates.com is awesome as well

But... I'm a sellout and love to buy DVD workouts. I think you will love Turbo Fire, Chalene is super motivating, plus you can work your way up to any level you're comfortable with. Insanity and P90X are great too, but I would start with Turbo Fire.

    Good luck!
