What are some things that you will not give up even though you are getting healthy and losing weight?
For me, its coffee with sugar and fat free creamer. Like, 4-6 cups of coffee per day. I have always loved coffee and have no interest in giving it up I will gladly sacrifice just about anything else from my prior life, but I gotta have cream and sugar in my many, many, cups of coffee lol

Ice cream. Can't do it. Won't do it. I cut way back and learned what a portion size is and stuck with it, but there is no way ice cream is leaving my life (unless I get a food processor and that frozen banana thing I keep seeing online is actually good).0

My parents have one of those frozen banana things...its overrated, in my opinion lol0 -
Booze, chocolate, everything actually. Food and I have known each other for a long time and we're finally making it a healthy relationship.0

beer and stevia. i know stevia isn't good for you although it's one of the best calorie free sweeteners but i'm too much of a calorie counter to use real sugar.0

Coffee & red wine.
TBH I don't even log coffee as I have zero intention of giving it up or reducing. If I need to modify my diet in anyway then something else will have to go.
I just said aloud that I was thinking of giving up red wine .... I started laughing before the end of the sentence and my OH stated "yup, and tomorrow fish will give up water".

It's gotta be chocolate, though, I've learned to like the dark variety over the milk and in moderation. Those Brookeside chocolates with acai, goji and pomegranate in them are my go to when I need a fix now :bigsmile:0
