Six months ago, almost to the day, I started this journey, and what a journey it has been. When I started, on 11/14/12 I weighed 289.6 lbs, had a BMI of 44, and wore a size 24. Now 52 lbs later I weigh, 237.2, with a BMI of 36.1, and am wearing size 16 for the first time since high school. Yes I still have work to do, I know that, but already I feel so much healthier! I did my first 5k over a month ago, and while a walked it, I finished it! So good-bye to the first six months! Good-bye to that Morbidly Obese, tired, and depressed woman! And hello to the next six months which (hopefully) show me to Onederland!!
