No Longer "Obese"

I weighed in today at 220 pounds (height 6-0) and my BMI is now 29.8. I am no longer "obese." I was over 405 pounds in February 2012. No longer being obese was one of my major goals with my weight loss. My goal is to get down to about 190-200 pounds with a muscular/athletic build. I have done mostly swimming, walking, hiking, and weight training for exercise. For diet, I just try to use portion control and common sense with lots of fruits and vegetables. I just wanted to share the goods news here.

Congrats! I just went into Overweight as well after 5 years of being in the Obese catergory! I know most people say don't worry about the BMI, but they've probably never been big enough to be considered Obese!
