I just love how easy this site is, I find for life in general, life is more manageble when you have the right tools.
I love the food diary and I love how I can view reports of my excersise or food over a period of time.
I also love being able to 'interact' with others who share a similar journey.

I honestly found this site by mistake! Once, I started doing it I fell in love with it. Now I have several of my real life friends on here and they all love it too! Whomever made this site ..... ROCKS!0
