Sugar??? What is a good daily amount

Every day I seem to go over in my sugar catagory. I log everything I eat and I know you are not supposed to count fruit sugars but what is everyones daily goal?
MFP has set mine to 28 g and I am finding it impossible to stay within those limits.

I am wondering the same thing because I am having the same problem. I hope somebody here is able to help us and give an answer. The main thing that I have read so far is that as long as the sugars are from fruits and such not to worry about it. I am trying to process everything on here. I guess it's one thing at a time to really understand it all.0
