Hey hey....i'm "new". I'd like to lose 20 pounds. Actually would like to lose more than that, but would be really happy if I could lose 20 and keep it off. I'm at about 170 today and would like to get to 150. Good luck to me.....and everyone.....

    this is a great site, with lots of encouragement and motivation. I am sure you will be able to do it. Plan out your meals and exercise in advance, this really helps. We are with you
