10 lbs down and 7" all together. Can you see a difference?

I think i see a small difference but I know I am still just starting off so I don't want to get discouraged! Can anyone else see a difference even if a little? I've been doing the 30 day shred, and walking 3 times a week for 60 minutes, while pushing my daughter in her stroller. Along with 1200 calorie diet, and eating much healthier than I was in the first pic!
First picture was taken March 16th I was at 182:
2nd pic is just today at 172, and 7" lost between thighs and waist and stomach:
this is my first time posting pics so embarrassed, lol I also hope I did it right!

Thank you everyone sooooo much!!! I tend to get discouraged easily but knowing that you all can see a difference helps soooooo much!!!! Makes me pumped and excited and wanting to jump up and exercise more! lol
