I went to a theme park today and would say that I walked for a total of 3 hours at maybe 3 mph. I want to estimate my calories burned but the online calculators didn't seem realistic to me. How would you calculate this? Thanks for the tips

about 1cal/min from exercise for your average sized person. A fast walk to where you're about ready to have to start jogging will boost that to 2cal/min.0
