Hello everybody, I was just wondering how much weight everybody lost within the first two months of dieting. I have been committed for about 3 weeks now & have lost about 10 pounds.

My first 2 months were tough, I remember losing a good 20 pounds and then gradually losing more and more.0

The first two months I lost about 12 lbs...It all came off very easy.... now that Im into month 5 & only have about 5-8 more lbs to go, its taking about 2 weeks for every pound it seems =/ wish it could all come off as quick as it did in the begginning, but not complaining...slow progress is still progress

I actually gained about 30% my first two months. I was about 7 1/2 lbs at birth and by month two I was over 9 lbs.0

            I've lost 4 - 5lbs. I am doing it slowly because I have a lot to lose and I don't want flappy skin when I am done.0

It's only been 6 weeks for me and I've lost 20 lbs. So maybe 2 more weeks it'll be 25 pounds in 2 months.0

In 6 weeks I lost 8.5 without putting much effort in. Since I didn't have a lot to lose to begin with, now I've stalled and haven't lost anything in a week and a half. I still want to lose another 12 pounds though, so I'm going to switch up some exercise and try a few different things to try and lose it as fast as I did when I started (Only 8 weeks ago)0
