Mini or Fitness trampolines

I'm a huge jumping fan! I have a lot of them, and I put them all together and jump on them at the same time. I love it and get up every morning nap to DVR'd TV shows. It works everything, aerobic and anaerobic. I also add hand weights that I strap to my hands so they don't drop them. Let me see what else.

One of the reason I love them is because I can do them at home, before a shower or anything. I get ice water and coffee and jump anywhere from 20 minutes to as long as I can stand it...2 hours. Usually just 60 minutes.

So I start my day feeling pretty great. Water...coffee...sweaty...calories burned...helps me get through the day knowing I've done something so good for my body.

Also, if you have any lymphatic issues, jumping is known for helping circulate lymph fluid. I had Hodgkins Lymphoma, so for me it's just a healthy thing to do.
