So this is my progress from the last few weeks of weight training. To be honest I'm not sure if i can see a change, although I feel a lot better in myself. Please ignore my terrible cellulite, I blame genetics for that part!!
FYI - I'm 5'3 and 127lbs in both pictures.

haha seriously? I'd say I'm so far from toned! Thanks though guys! My boyfriend is stupidly strong and I asked him to give me a simple programme for weight lifting because I know the benefits are endless for women who lift weights. I've been doing the following:
Monday: Chest and Tricep
Tuesday : Back and Bicep
Wednesday : Cardio and abs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Legs (ahhhh!)
Saturday: Cardio and abs
Sunday: Rest!
I've also been trying to get a 3km warm up on the treadmill before i started weights but sometimes I dont have the energy, and I do a 5km on my cardio days. I've been reletively consistent with this with a few slip ups. Eating around 1500 a day of mainly clean food, trying to get in more protein too. I've had a few heavy nights out and a few naughty meals (chinese, burgers). Got 5 weeks until I go on holiday and I really want to get my hips and thighs down!0 -

I was 9 stone 1 (127lbs) in the first picture and the same in the second. The first picture was a couple of months ago but was the last shot i took, 4 weeks ago just before I started weight lifting I was 9 stone 5 (131lbs) but I tend to fluctuate anyway0
