to eat or not to eat....that is the question

I have a hard time reaching my calorie goals....its not that I'm over eating, I am actually under eating. I find it really difficult to be able to eat 1200 calories in a day let along what my goal is. I'm looking for some healthy foods that I can consume that wont make me feel so full. any ideas?

I will grab a piece of fruit like a banana (100cals) or 16 almonds (100 cals), PB on a lightly salted rice cake (about 140 cals), 1/2 cup of light ice cream (130 cals) or regular ice cream (about 210cals), or a slice of cheese or a cheese stick (70-80 cals). You don't have to eat a lot or even cook to get calories in.0

Add dressing, a tsp of sliced almonds, an ounce of cheese, some garbanzo beans and bacon bits to your iceberg lettuce at lunch and you'll gain a few hundred calories right there.
Grab a hard boiled egg or two with breakfast. Or a microwave sausage/faux sausage patty for some protein. Or put some peanut butter on your banana.
Roast your veggies and potatoes in olive oil for a quick boost.
If you can't eat them, try drinking them. Smoothies, protein shakes, fruit juice, etc.0
