Mederma Stretch Mark cream

Has anyone tried this? I keep seeing commercials for it but I'm figuring my marks are so large and plentiful it probably won't help anyway... Anyone using it AND having success?

    I started using Palmers Cocoa Butter for Stretch Marks lsat week and it has been a great moisturizer-- and the smoothness in my skin makes the stretch marks less visible. Most of these type products say that they only work on recent stretch marks or scars though, so I figure that may be the best result I'll be able to get. I've liked the Palmers enough to continue using it though...
