I saw the title of this and thought, 'i've had a serious binge on greek yoghurt recently' - wasn't expecting OP to say the same.

One square of melted dark chocolate mixed into greek yoghurt with strawberries and raisins. I've been 'on' this week and I've had a ridiculous appetite - wanted to eat everything. Actually quite proud that my binge consisted of yoghurt and a few squares of dark choc when it could have been SO much worse (and has been in the past)!

Ate an entire package of cheese in a day; I just kept coming back for more. The more I think about it the sicker I feel

    An entire jar of olives.

Love them. But I usually only have 6 or less at a time......

That's probably the weirdest thing... I have binged on plenty of other foods though. But it's "normal" food, like chips and queso dip, chips and dip, pizza, etc...

Straight up spoonfuls of anything condiment-based I could find in the house...The last time I had one of those (January) it was like assembly-line binging. It went
    1) spoonful of pb
    2) spoonful of grape jelly
    3) spoonful of honey
    4) spoonful of maple syrup
    5) spoonful of Nutella
    6) spoonful of ranch dressing
    7) spoonful of honey mustard
    8) spoonful of hummus
Rinse, repeat about 5 times until you feel like you're going to throw up :noway:

Other than that, which doesn't happen but every few years for me, it's mainly sugar cereal I binge on...trying to break craving it period right now...
