Hi, I joined here to gain a few pounds and get healthy. I feel I'm way to skinny at 5'3" 108 currently. I would like my goal to be around the 130 mark but would like to hear what others about the same height set as their goal.

I'm a girl at 5'3 and my goal is 120-130 depending on body composition. I have weighed 130lbs and loved the way I looked but I want to see how I look and feel and my bf% as well as lean mass% when I get there. You look very thin in your profile pic. For a guy, 130-150 is the typical recommended weight for healthy. Eat over your calorie requirements and lift weights and you will build muscle that will help you feel strong and not "skinny". Good luck!0

I still have over 90 pounds to lose but my goal is 140. I plan to reevaluate when I get there and see how I look and feel. Also, I am a middle aged woman, so I expect this to be a long journey.0

I think a good range for you might be between 115-125?
My son is 5'7 and is between 130-140, pretty healthy. Just like with weight loss, slow and steady is always best.
Good luck.0 -
Ok ladies, I would honestly be very happy at between 135lb-140lbs. Thats a nice healthy size to me..0

5'2" and 115 but that's pretty thin for a guy. You should work on building some muscle as well as gaining some weight.0

Originally 130 but I was actually very happy at 140 but going between 'healthy' and overweight if you need the toilet or not! Was a bit annoying now somewhere lower than it just picked a random number in bmi to please the doctor0

5 Foot 3 Inches. My goal is to be 120. I'm currently 130. The last 10lbs are the hardest!
I also severely want to reduce my body fat and gain muscle. That's my biggest challenge right now.0
