I've been a bad kitti, and now need help losing the weight that has just "magically" appeared on me. I am funny and honest, have a mind that lives in the gutter, and can be sarcastic. I will do my best to be supportive, but am not going to give you a "good job" if you eat way under your calories.

    You sound like my type of friend. I always feel awkward when I'm ill and don't eat much and people are giving me "Way to go, good job" comments. Why would someone encourage that?!
