Do you mean TDEE? Your TDEE is your Total Daily Energy Expenditure. It's how many calories your body burns in a day and how many calories you'd need to eat to maintain your current weight. You can find plenty of TDEE calculators around the web, like this one: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/0

            I'm guessing you mean TDEE.
TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure (aka how many total calories your body burns through daily activity and exercise)
 An example would be:
 (using my stats from yesterday)
 Rough TDEE: 2447
 Exercise: 492 (3 mile hike)
So before exercise, I burned approximately 1955 just from daily activity. All of this changes on a day to day basis. With exercise days and rest days, at the end of the week I average about a burn of 2360 a day. So if I were to follow the TDEE method, I would take 2360 - 20% and eat the outcome to lose weight. (roughly 1888 calories a day)0
