    Last year a motivating tool was everyday I updated my screen saver with a shirtless photo from the night before.
    Incremental changes, but it does encourage you not to have a late night snack.
    You keep thinking about tomorrow's picture.

    This year I threaten my family that I will wear a speedo for one day at the beach on August 1.
    Speedos are bad no matter how you slice it, but thin man in speedo is better than fat man in speedo.

    Recently my 7year old daughter confided she thinks I am crazy enuf to go through with this threat.
