I don't think that's very normal or healthy. However, did you recently change your diet, like drastically? And have you been eating enough fiber? Your diary's closed so it's hard to see what you're eating... but to help your digestive tract, you should eat food high in fiber, and also drink lots of water.
Good luck!0 -
What is your usual pattern for number 2s? 3 weeks sounds very long, if your normal pattern is every day or 2, then it is time to pay your doctor a visit. Even if your eating nothing, your body should still be excreting waste matter .0

3 weeks is a long time. Have you tried anything like the teas or pills from a drugstore? You should probably see a doctor, you must be very uncomfortable. Hope it all goes smoothly0

That is waaaaay toooo long! You might be impacted as well as constipated. All that poo staying inside can be toxic and you need to get it out. this is dangerous and you don't want to wind up in the ER.
1- If you haven't already, take something like a high fiber laxative. The kind you stir in water.
2- NO cheese or bread until you start to poo normally!
3- High Fiber foods, fruits, veggies.
4- LOTS of water. It's a MUST for regular pooing.
5- Better think about "the apparatus"! Yes, the dreaded apparatus! (or buy a Fleets enema and try that)
If none of this works and gets you on a regular basis, you need to talk to your doctor. Getting impacted can cause a rupture in your colon or intestines. You dont want that.
Let us know how everything comes out. :bigsmile:0
