    I've made these before, they're not bad. Very important to use good Parmesan, not the Kraft stuff from the green container. Also, if you do these on parchment paper you don't even need the cooking spray, and they're even easier to get off the pan that way because you can peel the paper off the back if you need to - win/win.

    Oooh these look yummy! Thanks for sharing. Do you use grated parmesan, like the kind you sprinkle on pizza? Or shredded parmesan, the kind that comes in a bag?

    I've heard of doing this with "coins" of mozzerella cheese stick too!

    i used finely shredded in the bag, and on the paper... It took me 2 years to get where I am and thank you! I am still on my journey but almost to my goal, hope by the end of summer :)

    The recipe she posted shows nutritional info. It's about 20 calories per chip.
